The floor is the foundation of your space and it should be picked out first so you can make sure everything else matches cohesively. You always want to start with picking out and installing floor/wall tile first. Then you can move on to trim plumbing, trim electrical and lighting, then faucets, hardware, and larger items like shower doors and shower heads, toilets, vanities, sinks, etc.

The majority of our flooring is priced by the box. You’ll need to the know the complete square footage of your space in order to know exactly how much flooring you will need to purchase. You will also need to factor in waste caused by cutting to fit the space. Contact us or your contractor for help with knowing how to measure. :)

In-stock flooring can be available for same day or next day pick up. Special order floor coverings will take anywhere from 7-10 business days before it can be shipped or picked up.

This depends on a couple of factors like your level of experience, the shape of your space, and the type of flooring you are using. It can be somewhat simple to lay click LVT or wood like floors, but it’s difficult to do it well. If you’re striving for perfection, or if your space has challenging crevices and hard to reach areas, then you may want to consider working with a contractor. Other floor covering options like hardwood, carpet, and certain wood like materials can be more challenging to cut and may require a bit more experience or a contractor to install them.
