This gave our Lotus team and the clients a chance to get to know one another, build some rapport, we asked the questions we needed to be answered and heard their design and functional challenges. Next they showed and sent some inspirational pics, discussed the budget requirements and constraints, and we took measurements.
• Next, our team got to work on all sides of the project to give as accurate a quote as possible. Our expert bathroom designer created full 3D renderings based on the initial visit to allow for visualization.  Our estimator and project manager put together a fully broken down installation quote. Never just one number. And lastly we have some budgetary numbers for the products
• Our second meeting was at our showroom and we go through all of the numbers and design.

• The design was centered around a dual-sink vanity, which met the homeowners’ functional needs while also addressing storage challenges.
• Vertical cabinetry in an offsetting color of Alabaster was added between the custom espresso stained duel bathroom vanities, providing ample storage for toiletries, towels, and everyday essentials. This not only improved storage capacity but also added a visually striking design element.

• We introduced globe-shaped sconces on either side of the mirrors to provide flattering, balanced lighting, ideal for daily grooming tasks.

• Matte black plumbing fixtures and hardware were chosen for their sophisticated, contemporary look. These contrasted beautifully with the crisp white cabinetry and countertops, creating a bold yet harmonious aesthetic.

   Custom cabinetry elevates the space with thoughtful design: vertical storage cabinets in an Ecru finish offer sleek functionality, while the espresso-stained wood cabinets as the double vanity and along the back wall serve as a dual-purpose dressing area. This clever integration transforms the bathroom into a cohesive sanctuary that combines practical storage with aesthetic beauty.
2. Countertops:
   The marble-look quartz countertops brought an air of luxury while offering practicality. These surfaces are not only elegant but also highly resistant to stains and scratches, making them ideal for a busy bathroom.

   A striking matte gold light fixture above the window adds warmth and elegance to the vertical sconces installed directly on the large mirror above the vanity. The polished silver fixture above the freestanding tub enhances the room's modern appeal.
